My name is Isaiah Johns, born in 1980, and I am a proud member of the Hopi Nation. As a fine art painter, and photographer my work has been nationally awarded, collected, and recognized.

 

My passion for creating paintings comes from a deep need to share and communicate the feelings evoked by subjects that have impacted me through their beauty, emotion, importance, or personal significance. I strive to produce work that respects these subjects and is crafted to stand the test of time, creating art that will endure for generations.

 

I hope that those who view my art can sense the love and passion I pour into each piece, appreciating the time, skill, effort, and emotion involved in creating an honest, representational work of art.

 

When I'm not painting, I find joy in fly fishing, camping, photography, and spending time outdoors with my beautiful family. In addition to painting, I run a photography business at www.OutdoreStudios.com which gives me another outlet for my creative mind and keeps me on my toes.
